CED7842 Neurobiology of Addiction

This course provides students with an overview of the available and emerging approaches used to investigate the interpersonal neurobiology of addiction as well as the biological processes that happen in the brain during the course of addiction, and the theoretical background and results of neuroimaging studies as it relates to the neurobiology of addiction. It also explores the relationship between early adverse experiences of childhood stress and addiction.
