DMIN8333 Church as Trauma-Sensitive Community

This course leads students to consider how emotional and mental health, understood in terms of a traumatic spectrum affects all dimensions of Christian ministry. Sensitivity, awareness, creativity, and resiliency are all recurrent themes as various trauma-informed approaches to the tasks of ministry are explored.
